Hi, I’m Sven.
For over 20 years, I’ve been hustling. I love to build, which is why I worked at seven startups, most of them in online lead gen and branding. We grew fast, got acquired, and each time I found myself back in corporate until the next startup came along.
It’s the path I chose, and I was good at it. Even as an introvert, I thrived in fast-moving environments. Startup life taught me how to be resourceful, focus on what matters, and take action before everything feels ready.
But after my last role, I decided I was done with that cycle. I’m in midlife now, and for the first time, I felt a real desire to arrive. To design a life that’s mine. One that isn’t owned by the hustle.
My life today isn’t about the next startup exit. It’s about my exit from a rhythm that no longer fits. It’s about creating enough on my terms.
Now, I’m applying everything I learned in those seven startups to my own business. This time, it’s not about going bigger. It’s about going smaller and building my own dream instead of someone else’s.
I’m embracing midlife fully. Living on my own terms. And helping other thoughtful entrepreneurs do the same. Not through endless hustle, but through better systems. Systems built for midlife founders, designed for freedom and simplicity, powered by expertise.
This journey started with a simple idea: helping thoughtful introverts build lives and businesses that align with how our brains work.
But it grew into something bigger.
A search for freedom.
Freedom from corporate worlds that no longer serve us.
Freedom to build independence on our terms.
As more people found my work, it became clear that this isn’t just about introversion. It’s about being thoughtful. Strategic. Experienced. It’s about midlife and the unique power that comes with it.
We have experience.
We have grit.
We are resilient.
And the data backs it up. Most successful founders start in their 40s.
All the highs and lows of startup life, the lessons learned building platforms that reached millions, and my work helping leaders find their authentic voice all come with me into this work.
To help others avoid the mistakes I made.
To show them how to build aligned businesses that support their lives.
And to prove that you can do this as a thinker, as an introvert, as someone in midlife who is ready to rewrite the story.
This isn’t just a business. It’s a community. A movement of thoughtful midlifers choosing freedom, independence, and a life that actually fits.
My mission is to help midlife founders build businesses that pay, last, and give them the freedom to live life the way they want to.
